We fully collaborate with your architectural and engineering design team to maximize the savings and benefits from utilizing the Artisan™ System, without compromising the project' architecture.  Having our own studio of design "in-house", we become immediately involved from the very first stage of the project, providing architectural solutions and accurate drawings of details.
PRECISE ESTIMATES We quote based on preliminary architectural drawings and adhere to this quote unless there is undue passage of time or material design changes.
	CERTIFIED STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS We engage a licensed consulting structural engineer to provide certified structural drawings for our portion of the project.
SHOP DRAWINGS We then provide the corresponding detailed shop drawings for the walls, floors and roof.
	ON SITE INSTALLATION We supply and install all the steel structural elements for the load-bearing walls, floor and roof.  These include structural steel columns (HSS) and (red iron) beams where required within our scope-of-work to transfer or pickup line and point loads.
