Minaean Recieves a Purchase Order for Construction of Super Structure for Condominium Project in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Vancouver, BC, Canada –July 10, 2008 – Minaean International Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: MIB; Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: NJA), a Canadian-based developer of alternative building technologies using light-gauge steel (“LGS”), is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Minaean Building Structures Inc. (MBSI), has been issued a purchase order by Kerosiotis Developments for the supply and installation of wall panels for its condominium project in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The project, located on the crossroads of Waterloo Street and West Broadway in Vancouver, has been designed as a 4 storey residential and commercial development consisting of two 2,750 sq. ft. commercial units and 16 residential units ranging from approximately 620 sq. ft. to 1,050 sq. ft. The project valued at approximately $500,000 will have a total of 18,900 sq. ft. of built-up area and will be carried out using the Artisan Quik-Build System, a combination of Minaean’s structural wall panels (pre-engineered and panelized in the factory) and Canam’s “Hambro” flooring system. The estimated start time for this project is November 2008.

The building has been designed by DYS Architecture, a company involved in many prestigious projects around Metro Vancouver, the United States and around the world. Amongst other projects, DYS Architecture is currently involved in the design and development of a 59 storey 5-star hotel tower in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

This order represents Minaean’s first construction project in Vancouver. In recent weeks Minaean had also announced the signing of an L.O.I. for a construction project with Adera Properties. The Company’s US based subsidiary has completed three projects in the state of Oregon to date and is in the process of supplying and installing the wall panels for a 4th project in the city of Portland.
